Closing Cash Highs are A Good Sign- First LT Projection Now On Tap

Update 9:59am EST: VXX and SVXY still not confirming the new highs yet.

Note that SVXY and VXX are not yet confirming new cash highs to any significant degree which leaves room for a short-term pullback in the overall market prior to a final confirmed top. Closing cash near the high means lots of buying at the top zone this late in the timing window.. may not be good for late comers just getting in with medium-term objectives.

note: ES 3886 is an alt. extension target for iii up on the chart.
